You will begin a 3 stage, 18 week program which is broken down into 6 week groups.

end

will

All 3 stages are supported by exercise and training programs - should this be required.

to

them
and

within
them.
Flexible
eating
(how
to

thought were off the menu and still lose/maintain your weight) Alterations to your program to maximise ongoing results.
Stage 3
How
to
break
a
plateau
using
nutrition
and
exercise.
A
scientific
approach
to
weight
loss
and
the
huge
health
and
medical
benefits
of
my
program
as
well
as
the incredible positive impacts on your body. How to negotiate holidays, short breaks and weekends without gaining an ounce of fat.
By
this
stage
you
will
be
healthier,
fitter,
lighter,
more
confident
and
in
total
control
of
your
body
when
it
comes
to
weight
management
and
nutritional
awareness. You’ll also have an in depth understanding of how to maintain this lifestyle for the rest of your life.
